Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about purchasing and caring for your timeless treasures.
How do you verify the authenticity of your antique jewelry?
Each piece in our collection undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by GIA-certified gemologists. We evaluate metal purity, gemstone quality, and historical hallmarks to ensure every item is 100% authentic to its stated era.
Can I have an estate ring resized?
Most of our rings can be resized by our master jeweler, provided the structural integrity and intricate detailing of the piece are not compromised. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm if a specific vintage setting can be adjusted.
What is your shipping and insurance policy?
We offer complimentary, fully insured overnight shipping on all domestic orders over $500. Your jewelry is protected from the moment it leaves our vault until it is signed for at your door.
Do you offer a warranty on vintage items?
While antique jewelry is pre-owned, we provide a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Because these pieces are often over 100 years old, we recommend regular professional inspections to ensure prongs and settings remain secure.
What is your return policy for unique pieces?
We offer a 14-day return window for a full refund, provided the security tag remains attached and the item is in its original condition. Custom-altered or resized pieces are considered final sale.
Do pieces come with an appraisal for insurance purposes?
Yes, every purchase over $1,000 includes a formal retail replacement appraisal document which can be used to add the item to your homeowner's or specialized jewelry insurance policy.
