We want you to cherish your vintage find; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for all authentic estate and antique pieces in their original condition. Please note that items that have been resized or modified are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a secure shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original appraisal certificates and documentation.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid insured label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition and stone authenticity, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
