A fabulous watch chain necklace from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! Extremely long in length, this attractive piece is comprised of sections of 14kt yellow gold chain that alternates with beautiful multicolored agate and rock quartz crystal links. Each link features a split agate cabochon with a faceted rock quartz crystal spacer resting in between. The colors of the agate stones vary within the chain and include vibrant shades of citrine, carnelian, chrysoprase and chalcedony. At the center is a large watch swivel clasp, which makes it easy to double the chain or to hang a complimentary pendant or locket if desired. A very versatile piece perfect for everyday wear, it would make a lovely addition to any collection!
Measurements: The entire length of the chain measures about 51" long. Each agate and rock quartz crystal link is approximately 3/8" long and 1/4" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the chain is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold chain or the agate and rock quartz crystal links. The watch swivel clasp fastens securely and is in good working condition.
