A magnificent pendant necklace from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in vibrant 15k yellow gold, this necklace begins with a dainty cable chain, which secures with a spring ring clasp stamped "18CT". The center of the chain features a highly-detailed pendant, which is centered around a faceted, heart-shaped amethyst. The amethyst is held within a five prong-setting, and displays a luscious purple hue. The top of the heart features a lovely topper, which is decorated with 10 bead-set pearls. The pearls exhibit a lovely milky-white luster. Two gold wings complement the heart on both sides, and are decorated with texturizing engravings, which adds a lifelike look. The backside of the pendant is stamped "15CT". A phenomenal piece, this pendant necklace would make a one-of-a-kind addition to any antique jewelry collection!
